Before becoming a REALTOR®, Christina was a teacher. Her experience in the classroom equipped her with the ability to anticipate needs, a keen attention to detail, and the capacity to care for people’s most important assets. Transitioning to real estate enabled her to bring these skills to a new field, guiding clients as they make some of the most important and personal decisions of their lives. She realized the best way to begin a successful career in real estate was to jump right in, and immediately worked as a buyer’s agent on one of the top producing teams in the East Bay. Since 2017, she has built her business and remained among the top agents in her brokerage. Christina confidently guides buyers and sellers in navigating the challenges of one of the most competitive housing markets in history. She genuinely cares about her clients and truly loves helping prepare homes for sale and guiding sellers in decisions to maximize their profits. Being well-connected in the community, she has developed solid relationships with an extensive network of trusted vendors and contractors. Her partner, Dan Bartlett, is a local architect – Bartlett Architects/ db design build - and has designed custom homes and remodels in the Lamorinda community for over 17 years. His expertise, local contacts, and insight also offer a very unique value to Christina and her clients!
Christina has worked with many buyers over the years and is skilled at writing competitive offers that get accepted. She is thorough and organized and takes pride in making sure her clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. Her experience has given her in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods and cities throughout the East Bay and she happily shares this info to make sure her clients find the ideal home and community- whether it is Lamorinda, Danville, Walnut Creek, or the surrounding areas.

Christina grew up in Pensacola, Florida, and settled in San Francisco in 2002. She moved to Walnut Creek when her son was born and lived there for eleven years before moving with Dan back to his hometown of Orinda in 2019. Dan was born and raised here, and they are so excited to have been able to build a home and raise their family in the amazing Orinda community. Together, they have three kids- Hendrix (13), Lennon (11) and Arabella (9). She enjoys being an active member of the community and has served on boards and chaired multiple positions at all of their schools- this year she is the OIS Parents Club as President! She genuinely enjoys volunteering her time in their classrooms and is a proud sponsor of the Orinda Education Fund and the Orinda Chamber of Commerce.

She is also a proud member and advocate of the Children’s Health Guild, a local non-profit that directly benefits the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital of Oakland and the George Mark Children’s House. She has always had a passion for helping others and is grateful and proud to support and be involved with many of the amazing, local non-profits that enhance our lives and community daily.

When she is not selling real estate or volunteering in the community, she loves to travel and enjoys yoga, Pilates, hiking, scuba diving, photography, and has a deep appreciation for art and music.
